Karl is a great listener and always explained everything thoroughly, step by step. He always asked if a time or day was convenient. He told me who was coming and what part they would work on. He introduced anyone that needed to come into the house. Karl was there every day to walk through that days project and would check in as needed. He took care all of the details, I didn't need to lift a finger. Everyone that came was very professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. We recently had Comfort Restorations complete a master bathroom renovation. We had some water damage from an upstairs unit and the bathroom was demolished down to the bones. We had a lot of waiting due to insurance dragging their feet, but when we called Comfort Restorations the process sped up significantly. I can’t tell you how happy we are. From day one they were very helpful and very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a repair.

We had a sudden pipe burst that flooded the house, damaged all of our flooring, a good portion of our dry wall, trim, and doors. We contacted Karl with Comfort Restorations and he was there the very next day working on flood control and mitigation. He also worked very quickly and efficiently to replace everything and restore our home back to normal! We are so relieved to be back in our home after only a week of renovations. We hired Comfort Restorations to redo our whole staircase, and they did not disappoint! The staircase looked like a complete disaster after a failed DIY project from the previous homeowners but this company went above and beyond - creating custom stairs and trim for our home. The outcome was beautiful and we could not have asked for a better job! The team was wonderful to work with... very kind, courteous and quick! The whole project only took two days. We would definitely recommend them and hire again.

We hired Comfort Restorations to overhaul our front yard. Removal of old sod and install retaining wall and flagstone path from front porch to the street. I requested they use the blocks from the old wall to line the path. The transformation was amazing. Will recommend them and reuse them in the future!! Thank you Karl, Heath, Brandon and Lumis!!
