Neil Jarman is a second generation builder who was raised to believe Integrity, Quality, and Service are the key ingredients to being a successful builder. Neil feels his 30 years of construction experience and his Civil Engineering degree from NCSU helps keep clients at ease during the building process.

We bought our home in 2020 which was built by Jarman Homes. We feel it was very good construction, well built and very well designed inside and out. Neil and Joy were very easy to work with and were a big help in selecting the trim, granite, lights, flooring, tile, and colors. We would definitely recommend them as builders for your new home.
Jarman Homes has been building in Johnston & Wake County for over 20 years. We are proudly building in some of the finest communities in Clayton or we can build on your lot. We like to get involved in the plan/lot stage early to ensure the best utilization of both the plan and the lot's characteristics.

One of the best decisions my husband and I have ever made was to ask the Jarmans to build our custom home. This husband-wife team is quite simply the best in the business! Quiet, capable, skillful Neil, and lively, creative, organized Joy are a true class act. They built our home and helped design the interior look with as much care and interest as if it were their own personal residence. Honesty and integrity are key to this couple. We built our custom dream home with Jarman Homes two years ago. Through the entire process, we couldn't have felt more comfortable with our decision to hire Jarman Homes.
