I purchased an outdoor light here four years ago. Over the weekend, the light suffered a manufacturing defect. Despite purchasing the light four years ago, when I called Besnon Lighting, they immediately found my file with just my name, told me not to worry, the light had a manufacturer guarantee. At no charge to me, they then called the manufacturer and secured me a replacement piece. That is what I call amazing service. I will always purchase from Benson Lighting and cannot thank them enough for their amazing service.

This is THE WORST experience I've ever had in a retail store of any kind. I spent a good amount of time looking thru their website. I found 2 light fixtures totaling over $1,000
I went to the store with my husband. I had pictures of the items. The person who acted as if he was going to help looked at the 1st picture & said we don't have it in stock
I then showed the 2nd - he said we don't have it in stock. So I stood there waiting for him to say something else - perhaps "Maybe I could show you something else" or "I could order them for you"- NOTHING of

Beautiful showroom. Excellent customer service. Prices are very competitive. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. The proprietor, Rebecca ,works just as hard as anyone there. She took the time to provide me information on a variety of fixtures I was interested in. My decision to buy there was easy and without hesitation. I highly recommend this establishment.
