We upgraded our tennis court lights through Chris Bryant, Techlight's sales rep for central Florida area. Within a couple of months of the installation one of the lights died. After multiple attempts to contact Chris, he finally returned one of my phone calls. He made arrangements to have a new light unit delivered and it arrived a couple of weeks later. The next problem was trying to get in contact with Chris again. Once I got in touch with him, he was unable to get one of his techs to do the change out so he told me if I got my local electrician to do it Techlight would pay their bill. Chris
