Janet was so nice and thorough. Attentive to details and great follow up. The service was done in time and immediately the next day all kinds of insects, bugs, and scorpions were dead on sight! Now just waiting a few more days to see no more silverfish.

David Ortiz was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, offered excellent service and not pushy at all (which I personally appreciate)! I love the fact that this is a family owned business and learning that my technician has been in the profession for 20 years made me feel much more comfortable in asking questions about the services available, routine scheduling for our home and recommendations they have to offer! Ok... These folks are awesome. My mom has cancer and can't leave her house. An animal died somewhere under her house or in her house. The odor was unbearable. The owner came in only a few hours and inspected the house and couldn't find anything. He put out odor pads to help and said we needed to check a deep closet. He told my mom that he knows she doesn't want him to charge her to empty the closet. She's also having another bug problem and gave her an estimate that was very reasonable. Awesome company. Much different than other area folks.
