Travis has done a phenomenal job removing the rodents from my apartment. Upon move in I found that there were mice but couldn’t determine from where they were entering. He not only checked outside for entry points but listened to my experience and deducted that there was something behind my refrigerator. He MOVED the refrigerator and sure enough there was a hole! Removing the debris, he plugged the hole and even disinfected the area afterwards. I’m incredibly lucky to have had Travis as my rep because he went above & beyond to correct the issue. Give this man a raise!

Excellent service. Nick was at my home before the appointed time. He assessed my problem with a large host of honey bees and cured the problem perfectly. Bees completely gone in less than 24 hours. I hired Vespid because it was the cheapest I could find. I found out why. I scheduled an appointment and I received a call that day informing me that the truck broke down so they would have to reschedule for the following week. They only have one truck? My new appointment was from 2-4. They called me that day at 5:30 and said they wouldn't be there until 7:30. I said no thanks and found a reputable company. The moral of the story? You get what you pay for.

This is the best pest control company I have ever used and I've used a few (big and small) over the years. I own multiple homes with tenants and Vespid makes sure they are all pest free, including my own. We had a rat situation that was handled swiftly and with constant care and check-ins. I've called them day of for random issues such as ants and they have come out right away (always working around my schedule even late or on the weekends) to remedy the situation. I cannot say enough good things about Vespid. They are amazing!!
