Horrible quality and horrible service with 0 communication! Called them out to our home for a Fall Cleanup, crew showed up, they do not knock on the door to speak to you to get the scope of work. Then we got attitude when my wife went out to give them the scope. Upon completion they left a half mowed lawn, trails of mower debris all around the back yard, scraped their boots off on our retaining wall, where you can see the mud down the wall from the house, left a trail of lawn clippings from the back yard, all the way down the driveway and out to the street where their truck was parked, still have

I get a massive amount of leaves in my yard and didn't have time to take care of them myself this year, so went in search of a professional company to help me out. After choosing Hills, and speaking with Lance, one of the owners, I was told to give them a call once all my leaves had fallen, and he would get his team out to my house within 2-3 days. A couple of weeks later, I contacted them to head out, and was scheduled for 6 days later. I was a little disappointed in the time frame, but figured all would work out. Do not use this company! They are predatory and will not honor your cancellation of service. They may not even show up to do the work they bill you for.
We hired Hill's to mow our lawn last summer. It was fine until they suddenly stopped showing up in mid-July. Despite not mowing our lawn they continued to bill us.
I left six voice messages, and two emails to the the owner trying to cancel my service. Over the course of two months, they never responded, never mowed my lawn, but they did keep sending me a bill. I finally had to contact their billing accountant who got the owner to contact

Worst Custer service and lawn service ever!! I was told upon first meeting that it would be $35 the first time and $30 after that but I was lied to consistently charged $35. I was told my yard would be edged and it never was so I was lied to again. They constantly cut down my flowers. They even cut down some rose bushes and then threw the stems in the back of my flower bed so I wouldn't notice. They charge you even when they don't do the service there hired to do. 5 times my lawn was not cut and yet they still charged me. They never once called to see if I was happy with there service
