Fabulous service. Showed up with full array of equipment and several staff members. Trimmed one tree a tad shorter than would have liked but my fault for getting distracted in house. Besides will grow back. Didn't leave chipper running all the time (so no noise/air pollution. And cleaned up beautifully--even putting back some big potted plants in right spot without being asked!

I called to the Arbor Vision Service after the last windy weekend that produced a real disaster in my backyard. The response was very quick. Arbor Vision's team was professional from start to finish! I appreciated Alex and his work on securing the Business License and the Tree Removal Permit (since we had a "heritage" tree). He did excellent work, was punctual and dependable, and responded in a timely manner to emails and texts. The tree cutting crew were a delightful team and responded to our requests, including cutting us some disks of the tree. The stump grinder tech also did an excellent job of explaining what he could and could not do. All crew members were respectful of our property and cleaned up before they left

The staff was hard working, collaborative, friendly, safe and prompt. Their prices are great and I have and will continue to recommend them.
They removed 9 very large cypress trees that were on our property/fence line and next to our pool. They made sure the pool remained free of debris and they worked very closely with our neighbor to get them removed in a safe and cleanly manner. They also removed a very large pine tree and a birch tree and they did all the stump grinding.

I highly recommend Arbor Vision, Inc. and Mike Waller, owner and I.S.A. Certified Arborist! Here is why: We have four redwoods that were each planted for four of our children. The trees are 40 years old and truly "part of our family!" The city was requiring us to remove one of the trees as part of a sound wall replacement project. I called Mike Waller of Arbor Vision to evaluate whether the tree would survive the root damage resulting from excavation the city was requiring. I write this review as a neighbor of clients using Arbor Vision. Out of all the arbor companies I've worked with and witnessed in this neighborhood, none of them conducted business so sloppy, inconsiderate, and professionally! Living on a *narrow* easement with one-way access to the street, they have illegally blocked off street access to all neighbors living on the easement. This causes an extreme fire hazard in a very fire prone area and at the height of California fire season. The have hit my car with their large wood chipper truck ( and then asked me to move it...), defaced my front lawn with

I forgot to write this in December with the holidays. What an awesome team. Mike came out to give us a quote. Not the cheapest, but I did feel very comfortable that he knew what he was talking about. We have two large ornamental pepper trees that have not been touched in almost 13 years. The branches reached all the way to the ground. Mike's team arrived on time on the designated day. I had Michael come out to provide a free estimate for the tree we needed cut in our backyard. This wasn't the first estimate I had received, but Michael was noticeably knowledgeable, professional and willing to help than others I had contacted.
I decided to go with Michael and I was so glad I did. Everything was done so perfectly, exactly the way he said he would do. At the end of the day - actually the job didn't even take that long - I was left with one question only. 'Why didn't I contact this guy sooner?!?'

Mike has been trimming our trees for years and we always call him when we are need. His work is top notch and he has an eye for detail as well as a knack for revealing the tree's natural beauty. Our row of Italian cypress trees and our bay tree all get quite out of control and unruly and block the light to our backyard. Mike and Guillermo took care of this and we love the finished product. They always leave the place cleaner than they found it and haul away the trimmings. They trimmed trees in front too and did an equally fantastic job. We highly recommend Arbor Vision!
