Be sure to verify they are willing to accept your items, and then give us a call to make a reservation. If you simply just have trash that needs to be discarded, contact your county landfill about days and horus of operation and we will be happy to accompany you there.
There are hundres of storages conveniently located throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan are. We would be happy to unload your items at a facility of your choice or at any of the recommended storages below. Did you know: We do not charge extra for shrink wrapping your furniture. We can shrink wrap all your items and leave the wrap on for extra protection while its in the storage.
You can purchase carpet protecting plastic from any home goods store and have the floors covered before the movers arrive. 2. To save time you can dissasemble any furniture that may be too large to fit through the door. 4. You may wrap your large furniture with padded blankets and shrink wrap, otherwise, we will be taking care of that for you.

I hired them to move from a townhouse to a SFH. Jose and his team arrived on time and they started quickly. We had two temurpedic mattresses and an upright piano, among other heavy can imagine for moving.
The team tried their best to protect our furniture and the property. Their crew members were friendly and courteous. They were able to dissemble and reassemble our Tempurpedic power foundation. There were just a very few damages to the wall, but minor, and acceptable.
We had a very good experience with this moving company!
I recommend them without reservation!

We just used their services and are very pleased. Prices were reasonable as movers in this area are super expensive. They arrived at the time scheduled and with the proper equipment. But Daniel, Antonio, Emmanuel, and Marcus were simply awesome! Handled our stuff with care and were quick. Would definitely use them again and recommend them. Thank you guys!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don't hire them if you need anything moved. Hire them if you'd like to be inconvenienced and your character defamed. Hold on to your seats people:
My 60+ year old parents are moving out of our family home of over 20 years. They did the bulk of the moving beforehand, making frequent trips so that all was left was the bulky furniture they were physically incapable of moving. There were very few pieces to move.

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the move done by the team at ABM. Today they moved me (and all of my large amounts of stuff) over to my new apartment. Not only is my apartment on the 4th floor, my apartment is also a two story unit which added to the amount of stairs they climbed. The three men who assisted were polite, nice, respectful and hard working.

We just moved on Friday with four movers and a 26ft truck. The movers were incredibly hard working, they were very careful, they worked quickly and were super efficient! This was my third time moving using this company, and I highly recommend!
They wrap everything securely and carefully, but do it lightning fast, and are super strong. Very grateful for things going so smoothly, as I have a lot of delicate antique furniture and it went very well.

Daniel & David are awesome, I had the move late Oct, they came on time and get everything done within 3hrs. They wrapped the my furniture with plastic wrap throughly, covered TV with blanket before wrapping it. Non-stop moved all our stuffs to different locations in our new place (3-stair townhouse). I'm truly satisfied with their move service, and not to mention the very reasonable price, even my realtor said, "you got really a good deal!"

See all the Negative Reviewers Below. Absolutely worst company ever, PLEASE STAY AWAY! Please, please review all the reviews to save yourself a headache. The girl who answers the phone is the most unprofessional individual I ever dealt with. She attempted to book my move for next Saturday between the hours 12-4pm and then told me never mind. She proceeded to tell me there are other moving companies out there and that her guys will be too tired to do my move. I'm still speechless....

I used this company a total of three times for my recent move. Before the final move I would have rated them 4 starts. The crew of 5 guys was an hour late showing up. The were asked to leave the old house and drive to the new one which should have taken 12 minutes but somehow took 45. They left the roof deck door wide open which I didn't catch until two days later (because I'm no longer living there.)

I have used American Budget Moving twice in the past two years. They are amazing!! They even put my furniture together without me having to ask. They are quick and efficient. I will use them again.
Victor was very patient as I thought my couch was broken. (My couch reclines and also has ubs port). He came right away and he figured out how to get my couch working again.

Be incredibly careful with what you sign and what you agree to. My amount paid seemed high, called and requested a copy of the receipt- never got one. So finally when the things from moving where a bit more settled, I called and said I had found my invoice-
Their customer service is just someone telling you that you requested things you didn't, explaining higher charges that you didn't authorize. I wanted an account credit to move more things because I felt like that was fair for everyone- after their lack of respect for my time and finances will never recommend this company to anyone

Movers were very dishonest and tried to steal my items. I had to go into the truck myself several times to make sure they took everything out. They hid stuff under blankets and behind other boxes and then got upset when I went inside the truck to check. I was in a rush but if I had more time, I would have called the police.

If I could give no stars I would. Multiple pieces damaged. Then the owner called at midnight saying he was bringing the police because I did not pay. Bank had recently sent new debit card due to fraud so card on record was incorrect. A simple mistake blown way out of proportion. Crew chief was not at all understanding when I pointed out the damage and suggested we find another company to finish our move. Stay far, far away.

We hired a two man team plus truck, and were extremely happy with the service we received. We had Daniel and Selvin, who were wonderful; very efficient, worked hard, and quite friendly. They were able to get our one bedroom apartment loaded into the truck and unloaded in what seemed like record time, with nothing damaged and no issues whatsoever. They also provided some shrink-wrapping material and covers for our TVs.

Two men were polite. My gripe is with management. I was promised 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. then an update mid-afternoon saying it would be 4:00 p.m. Truck arrived at 5:30 p.m. In the interim no one would answer the phone. No one would return my voicemails. I was left in the dark not knowing if anyone would actually show up. I was beginning to feel that no one would ever come. Finally got a call from the driver at 5:10 p.m. announcing 20 minute arrival. I used American Budget Moving company back in February to move. They gave me a time span of when they'll show up, and kept me updated along the way. The movers were quick and efficient. They helped me move out of my townhouse into an apartment on the second floor in less than 2 hours! I was very impressed.
The move only required 2 men and 1 truck for 2 hours, which came out to about $235 ($117 service fee + $59/hr). It looks, however, like their pricing may have gone up. It now costs $295 for that same service. They keep your credit card on file when you make an appointment and charge $100

I used these guys due to a recommendation from a friend who had used them twice in the past. Scheduling was super easy and their rates are great. My appointment was scheduled for 9am, and they showed up right on time. Another plus! But that's about where it ends, upon moving my furniture into the new place, they put multiple gashes in the wall (that required spackling, sanding, and repainting) and almost every piece of furniture is scraped along the corners/edges. I'm not sure if they didn't use blankets in the truck or what, but the furniture was only moved 0.6 miles down the road
