I made the mistake of contracting Hampoian to design and install an HVAC in my new home. Everything looked great, what do I know right? Well I am now 8 years in and I can say that I have discovered what a poor job was done. No wires labeled, colors used on wires are inconsistent across thermostats and dampers, some equipment (heat recovery ventilator) completely not wired in, ducts that whistle, nothing documented and if you remove the panels to see the lockout boards it is a rats nest of wires in the way to even see the indicator lights. It is no wonder every time I have called them for service

I contacted this company about adding heat to my mudroom and basement. They were really quick and energetic at first. They told me they could come out right away to take a look at the space and give me a quote. I was surprised since it was midsummer and I know they're busy with AC work so I thought this was great! I thought it was perfect. They came out on 7/30 and took a look at the space. It all seemed to go well and they left with telling me I'd have a quote in 24-48 hours. Then a week goes by and no response. I thought strange but okay it's the middle of summer and I'm looking to add heat.
