Very professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what was expected. They saw additional problems and just fixed them. They took photos of the problems I couldn’t see and showed me what needed to be done. I never felt pressured. They were honest about what they found and I am definitely going to be using them for any future roofing issues. I HIGHLY recommend Encompass.
