What a great experience working with Fred's Heating and AC!
This a 3 generation business that started with Paul's father and now includes Alex, Paul's son who is a brilliant service and installation engineer. We met Paul and knew right away that this was a professional outfit that did fine work, Paul was extremely knowledgeable and has been in the business since he was very young. This was not a flashy salesperson in loafers carrying a laptop and a sales pitch - this was a real life HVAC man who had grown up in the business.

After calling several other places and them being bookedI called Fred's heating and air conditioning they answered right away! the receptionist was so friendly and helpful and got me an appointment right away. when Paul came out to look at our air conditioner he was so great and helpful. He explained everything to me to help me in the future with problems and AC care. such an amazing team!! I would recommend them to anyone.

Paul checked the problem and figured it out right away, ordered the parts and installed them as soon as he received them. I will have Paul back to work on my heating and air if I have any problems in the future. I would not hesitate calling them for any problems because they are honest and up front on what the cost will be, thanks again to Paul and the lady I talked to at the office.

We have had both Alex and Paul ( the principle owners) of Fred's come out to do AC and plumbing services at our house. Both gentlemen were prompt and most of all communicative, in what they would do, and how it would get done. We were very pleased with their services.

Alex came out on a weekend and installed our new and first central ac unit! He also put in a new thermostat and a new blower for more efficiency! Super professional won't upsale you if you don't want to spend more money, but gives you all the best options from a cheaper price point to a greater one! Recommend to anyone needing heat or ac done, or needing maintenance!

Paul and Alex from Fred's helped me out of a real bind with a furnace that decided to die. They came out on very short notice when my tenants reported no heat (during a very cold snap) and got the system going short term, but it was clear the furnace would need to be replaced, so we scheduled a time in a few weeks to get that done. Unfortunately, the unit stopped working for good yesterday and Paul was able to work me in to get a new furnace installed today! His crew was on time, friendly and efficient and the tenant said they did a superb job and the house is toasty warm again.

Pat and Logan were very professional, and knew what they were doing. I had a new faucet installed. This company is awesome. Called on a Monday and they could have come out already that afternoon but iI had prior commitments so they came out the next day. I definitely will call this company for future work.

Paul promptly answered my call on Sunday morning, and tried to help trouble-shoot the situation over the phone. When it was determined that a same-day service call was needed, he provided an accurate and reasonable eta, and an update when he was on his way. He was courteous and demonstrated professional service from start to finish. We will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future.
