One of our experts will come out and inspect the property to make sure your house is ready for solar. Afterwards, one of our engineers will complete your engineered design for you to approve. Our expert account manager's will make sure that the permits and paperwork to your city and utility company required are taken care of. Once we receive permission from the utility company to operate, we will contact you and let you know that its time to turn your system on.

We recently had our solar panels installed by Neotric Power and we couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Travis knocked on our door and explained the benefits of converting our house to solar power and we wanted to get more information. We set an appointment with Travis and the presentation was professional and very informative. Travis had a couple of choices to choose from and we ultimately decided to purchase our panels. Neotric Power had a lot of convincing to do when they came to my door. The first solar company I signed with took a $1000 deposit and that was the last I saw of them. They were very patient answering ALL questions. As promised no money down and my first bill was after solar was installed which at the time was very helpful to me. When we first met they could not believe how hot it was inside. We did not run the AC because of cost. Now we run the AC when ever we want. Sometimes we turn on the AC for the cat just because we can. They still remember my cat as spider cat because she clung to the screen

Travis was very knowledgeable and everything he promised was fulfilled. Our installation was in December but I wanted to wait to make sure everything was working and my rebate was approved. The roofers, electricians and installers all were very professional and responsive. My electric bill went to zero and now I have an upgraded electric panel and new roof partially paid for by my rebate. The only reason I did not give them five stars was because Travis was sometimes slow to respond to my texts and phone calls and the electrician put grounding stakes in my sidewalk; although it meets code I think

Travis from Neotric Power was fantastic to work with: he explained the process for solar installation, how the pricing would work, and what sort of approvals we would need to complete the project. He worked with our local HOA and our community HOA to get the necessary approvals, scheduled the installation and inspection, and answered all our questions. The installation team was professional and did a great job getting the system up and running. Great experience!

From beginning to end, this company was fantastic to work with. We use a lot of energy because of our large pool and air conditioning....yes I am 52 and always hot!!!! We were consistently getting high usage charges from SDGE and letters telling us that we're used 175% more energy than our neighbors. I run my AC and Jacuzzi 24/7. My electric bill was anywhere from 200-350 a month. When I was told it could be nothing with just a small monthly payment to the solar company. I didn't believe it and asked to see some numbers. I have to say my electrical bill has been nothing and I just pay 117 a month for the solar. I could even pay that off sooner and have no payments at all. There was nothing out of my pocket to get these installed. They even upgraded my electrical panel for me.
