My stairs were completely covered with dog urine and dirt and In 20 minutes Chem-Dry had the stairs looking like they were brand new and the carpet is just been laid. The smell is gone and they look brand new. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future and I highly recommend Chem Dry

Right on time and did a great job cleaning. We had some pet stains that needed treatment as well and it looks like that’s all been taken care of. In addition, price seemed very reasonable.

Brooke's Chem-Dry did an awesome job on our carpets. We did this as a requirement for move out for our property managers but now the carpets look and smell better than when we moved in! I wish the previous occupants had used them. They were good at communicating when they would be there and how long it would take. Very professional.

The only thing I can say I was not 100% happy with is that I called to set up an appointment and they were booked out 2 weeks( now its obvious that they are booked so far out because of the amazing service and exceptional results)
Steven was my technician and he was great, he explained what he was going to do and how he was gonna do it. He scrubbed and scrubbed till he was able to remove all pet and children stains and odors! And to top it all off it cost much less than I had originally thought it would! I will definitely be using them again and will recommend to anyone! Friendly, judgment free

After researching multiple vendors, settled on Brooke's Chem-Dry, glad i made the choice. The young man that provided the services was very through and professional. He showed up on time, performed and evaluation of the carpet, made a recommendation for pre-treatment and completely cleaned four rooms and a hallway in about 3 hours. Overall very satisfied and would use their service again.

We have used Brooke's Chem Dry Carpet Cleaning for many years. We have them clean our entire home at least once a year, sometimes twice a year. They do a wonderful and thorough job, leaving our carpets clean. One of the best parts of using Brooke's is the carpets don't take forever to dry. We have also had them clean our furniture !! We will continue to use them and we recommend them whenever we get a chance. Our church also uses them to clean their carpets.

I have used Brooke's Chem Dry twice. Outstanding job. They will come to your house the first time, evaluate your areas and tell you what it needs. They use a Pert System that rids your carpets of pet urine. Their cleaning method gets deep into the carpet. I have nothing but high regards for their employees and their work. Thank you.
