Costs will be discussed and considered continuously throughout the pre-construction phase. With Design/Build you will not end up with a set of plans that exceed your budget.

Conscious Construction is fantastic to work with. We live in town on an average size city lot and were able to build a small home for my parents in our backyard. Jason and Kelly were able to work with a small space and create a home that feels both open and spacious. They are efficient, knowledgeable and communicative. They helped walk us through the process every step of the way and there were no surprises. I truly can’t recommend Conscious Construction highly enough.

Jason and Kelly were great to work with. While building our office/studio, they put up with up with our changing vision and particular taste. They were generous with their time and did everything they could to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Their rate was quite reasonable for such a custom job, and they went out of their way to save us money any way they could. I'm very happy with the result and process. I would recommend Conscious Construction Design Build to anyone who is looking for creative design and quality construction.
