I bought five "JCD60 9 watt LED 30k G9 base LED bulb super life" bulbs. I had 3 watt bulbs that didn't give off quite enough light so these were supposed to be almost three time as bright. I installed them but they didn't seem any brighter. Then I started smelling an odor that you get when wire burns or an appliance over heats. We traced it to the lights. Then they started flickering and then going out. They get so hot you cant touch them and up examining them they were sort of brown and burnt. All my other LED,s are cool to the touch.
