A couple of years ago two representatives from Glenn's Garage Doors came out to my house to repair my garage door opener. These guys were very respectful and easy to approach. After messing with the opener for a short time I asked what a new opener would cost. To replace the opener all together wasn't much more than buying the opener new off the shelf. I opted for them to replace it and it's worked perfectly ever since.

The best part is that he did not try to make me feel like I had to do more services than I wanted to! Reasonable prices. I will certainly call them again and endorse to others.

I was hooked up with Glenn to install my garage door opener through Home Depot. It’s been 2 months and I’ve yet to have this guy schedule a time that works to come to my house. He calls every other week and gives me a super narrow time frame that he can come install the opener, he is not flexible with my schedule at all and only wants to “tack my job onto the end of another if he gets one in the area”. Why my job doesn’t constitute its own time for scheduling I don’t know. But I do know terrible customer service when I see it. If you live in Columbia mo, don’t bother with this service
