After getting a quote from another company, and being told it would be a long wait for installation. I attempted to schedule service twice and never got a return call. So, I found this company , wanting someone local with good reviews. I’m very pleased I did. They were easy to work with and upfront about pricing. The installation was $200 less than the previous quote , from the other company that didn’t seem to want my business very badly. I felt very comfortable with C&R garage doors. The installers arrived, listened to what I wanted, and got to work. In less than an hour I had new openers

They didn't finish the job they were hired to do. I needed new bottom weather seals, which is a small job, so I had them also install new door openers to make the job worth their time. They did install the new openers, but didn't have the weather seal on their truck. They said they would have to order the seals and would return. They didn't return. I called them 4 times over the course of 3 months to come back. I spoke to them 3 of the 4 times, which they said they'd call the following week to schedule a time. The 4th call I left a message but they didn't call me back. I've hired someone else to

Recently we had issues with our garage door(s) and were directed to C&R via our home warranty.
They were easy to communicate with and relatively quick to respond. The first time they came, they figured out that the garage door operator had to be replaced altogether (likely because of a power outage due to weather).
They say they call beforehand, but the second time they came back to fix our doors there was no warning call, so I'm glad I was home! The gentleman who helped us the 2nd time wasn't as friendly, but got the job done quickly!

My garage door was not working properly and I called them, the guy who showed up was the nicest man. It was an easy fix, took less then 2 mins to align, what do I know about garage doors? (lol). Anyway, he refused payment, even regular service call payment, I tried to give him at least 25.00, he wouldn't even do that. So I promised a good review, so here it is. Thanks again, definitely using you again in the future.

I would definitely recommend C&R Garage Doors to anyone looking to replace or schedule a repair. Carter answered our call and quickly scheduled an appointment to come early Saturday morning. He was able to recommend several replacement options and offered to come back if we experienced any other issues with our current door. I cannot recommend him enough!

Fantastic service! My landlord asked them to take a look at my garage door and they came super quickly. Afterwards the door was still malfunctioning (not the fault of C&R, the house is old and hasn't been taken care of very well) and when I called they immediately answered and came to sort the problem out! Very professional, very prompt, would recommend!

C&R was recommended by our home warranty company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They came to the rescue when our 14 year old garage door opener decided to go out. Carter and his colleague were very reliable and able to fit us in their schedule. Both were able to complete the job within a short time frame. Also, the cost was reasonable.

I have never dealt with a more professional Company in my entire life! I made one simple phone call and they were out to my mothers house within 15 minutes to repair her garage door that had broken.
We used them one time in the past and they were even quicker in response. The service charge was extremely affordable. He was in and out within 30 minutes. They are a fantastic company if you ever need garage door repair.
I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for C & R. You will never deal with a more professional garage door company in my personal opinion.

Amazing Service!!! My husband accidentally backed into our garage door when leaving for work-
I called C & R and they came right over! Really amazed at how quickly they were able to be at our house and Carter had the door working again in no time at all-making it possible to get the truck out of the garage!
