We referred to Indiana Residential who uses Mold Dogs for our crawl space mold remediation. They were very thorough and showed me pictures of the completed project. It looks so much better down there!
In addition, we just moved in the house and we were having trouble finding the septic clean out. I asked if while they were down there if they could keep an eye out and take a picture for me of the clean out if they found it. The person I spoke with happily helped me out!
Mold Dogs were SUPER helpful and would definitely recommend to anyone needing mold remediation!

Very disappointed with Indiana Residential, especially Brian Alexander in particular. They don't seem to be able or willing to work per IHPC guidelines, which is unfortunate given the number of homes around here within historic districts. We asked them to quote siding and trim replacement plus painting. We were told we'd receive a quote "on Friday, Monday at the latest." We didn't receive a quote until the following Thursday after we contacted Brian to follow up. We immediately sent follow-up questions and once again, did not receive a response after several calls, voicemails, and emails. We only

Not sure I would recommend this company in all aspects of their work.
The company was hired to do some plumbing related work, which included installing an air gap device for my water softener and putting a lid on my sump pump pit. After installing the sump pump lid, the plumber contracted to do the work neglected to inform me that water was being discharged out of a couple of pipes above the pit into the sump pump. Because of the lid installation, water was then being discharged all over my crawl space floor. These two pipes are very hard to miss. I believe a professional plumber should have brought

The Mold Dogs were great! They spent the entire day removing mold and sealing in the crawl space, attic and basement of my new home. Very professional, and they explained each step to me. They were also very personable and I could tell they really enjoyed their work. I can already tell a difference in the smell in my crawl and basement! Highly recommend.

We hired Indiana Residential when we bought our new home as there were a multitude of different repairs that we needed done (plumbing, electrical, drywall work, gutters, misc repairs). They were easy to interact with, most of our communication was via email. The estimate they provided was the final bill (no surprise costs or fees). Additionally, the employees that perform their services are friendly, respectful, and followed all COVID guidelines. We were buying a house that had a long list of inspection repairs that needed to be done. We collected quotes from all over Indy. Indiana Residential wasn't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive (by far) and they were the only ones who listed in detail all the work to be done (roofing repairs and crawl space mold remediation). Scheduling was a breeze and they were super easy to get a hold of with questions. The work itself was done well and the man working on the crawl was exceptional (he cleaned the snow off my car for me!). We were super impressed.

We recently bought a home in Avon, IN - during the real estate transaction, we ordered an inspection that revealed a number of age and weather related repair issues such as loose rooftop shingles, rotten fiberboard trim, leaking windows, broken outside electrical outlets, interior water damage, and other issues - after contacting Indiana Residential and receiving an acceptable quote we were advised to wait for a few weeks until the weather warms up in order to make outside repairs more lasting - over the past few days Indiana Residential dispatched 4 repair technicians - each day they were on time

Mike, Kelly, and their team helped me with the repairs on my town house downtown Indianapolis in Lockerbie during the sales process. They assisted with mold repairs, a new water heater, and 12 new windows. In addition to some small plumbing repairs and painting. The work was completed on time and was totally seamless for me, as I do not live there anymore. One phone call and they took care of everything, it saved me a flight up to Indy! They did a great great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. 5+ Stars!

Probably one of the most disappointing contractor services I have ever experienced. In theory, this idea is actually quite novel. Unfortunately Indiana residential has not mastered the process, the execution, or the customer service. So, this is how it works. Most of the time Indy residential is contracted out by realtors who have work that needs to be done prior to closing on a home for their buyers. Indy residential comes out, gives them a quote and completes the work before closing. They also do contract work based on your needs if you call them and they will come out and give you a quote for
