Wood siding was removed and vinyl siding added. If I could give this company ten stars I would. My house is beautiful now with the new siding and new gutters. My house was the ugly duckling that turned into a beautiful swan. Best customer service I have ever seen, fantastic communication, on time and these guys are hard workers and pay attention to the small details that make a difference. This company has my business for a future needs. I definitely went with the best and there are no regrets.

Don't search any longer, Lathrop Contracting did a fantastic job on my roof replacement and gutters. Scott and Jeff made this so easy for me. After waiting and interviewing companies for the right price and the RIGHT ATTITUDE to help me, I found LATHROP. So many compliments from neighbors on a job well done. These guys and this company are so super great at answering questions, explaining details and getting the job done right. Clean up was great.The crew was professional and polite. I have had no concerns and feel confident that if I did, Lathrop would assist. HIGHLY recommended!

After quite a search for our new roof, meeting with many companies, we were delighted to meet with Scott and proceed forward with Lathrop, for a completely new roof. Without insurance replacement, many companies didn't seem interested, as cost could be held at a fair and reasonable rate. From start to finish, we are pleased with the product and services provided, and all has been completed within three weeks. Reasonable, no big promises, nice looking roof, what I was looking for.

I was amazed by the excellent customer service we received starting with the quick response for a bid, working with the insurance adjustor, all the way to job completion. The work crew was incredibly efficient. We have a 4000 sq ft house. They arrived early in the morning and finished the job by sunset. We were impressed with the whole process and now have a quality roof.

This is the third time I have used Lathrop Contracting for home projects. Lathrop replaced my roof and repaired a dormer when a tree fell on the house. This time, Lathrop replaced 80 year old wood siding on the dormers with James Hardie fiber cement siding and trim. Lathrop also replaced single pane windows and French doors with Pella simulated divided lite French patio doors and windows. I can trust that the project will be done right the first time with Lathrop. I posted before and after pictures of the dormers.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable crew. The crew had the roof replaced in about 4 and a half hours, working in high heat and humidity. Well Done. Matt, Scott, and Jeff very helpful throughout the entire job, communicating with us throughout the whole process, making sure everything was going smoothly. Will definitely use Lathrop Contracting in the future.
