I was in a pinch and called Tru Steam. I needed them the same day and they came right away. No crazy fees or up charges, the price was more than reasonable given our situation. Our technician was outstanding! Not only did he clean the carpet, but there was a small patch of tile that had really thick, grimy grout lines that looked like black grout, the grout is actually beige!! Truly and outstanding company!

I was shopping for new furniture because my fabric couch, oversized chair and ottoman had been, for lack of a better word, trashed by my toddler and two dogs over the years. I didn’t really have any hope but saw positive reviews of tru-steam so I gave it a shot. The technician was polite and courteous and pretty confident that the furniture would get a second chance. I was completely blown away by the results, the furniture came out great! I would definitely recommend try-steam to others!

I called TruSteam because we were moving out of our rental and needed our carpet cleaned. The young man who came to the house did an EXCELLENT job we had some really tough stains in our carpet from spills and the occasional artistic abilities of my children and he got them out the carpet looked great... (Better than when we moved in). On top of that the water went out for the city of Midway (this happens often) in the middle of him working and he still continued to work through it until it came on. Very professional and courtesy I strongly recommend TruSteam!

I experienced wonderful customer service from my first call, until the technician left my home. The person I spoke with when I called to schedule was very friendly and helpful in getting my service scheduled. I received a nice reminder call in advance of the service, and the technician arrived on time. He explained what he would be doing and provided tips to make sure I allowed plenty of time for letting my carpets dry. I'm also very pleased with the quality of the work. Because I have a dog, I opted for the extra pet enzyme - which was definitely worth it. The carpets now look clean and smell

Affordable, quick and easy! I had my furniture, carpet and an area rug done and it looks brand new. Very detailed and efficient. Quick to respond to questions and bookings, as well. Definitely will be using their services again.

Our whole dealings with this company were not only positive, but excellent. Their prices are posted on their webpage, so there are no unpleasant surprises. They answered the request that I sent very quickly, and they were even able to accommodate an appointment the next day. Jeremiah was very professional and he did an excellent job cleaning our sofa and chair. He pointed out the spots he was unable to remove. Even though it was just a sofa and chair, it is not as easy a job as some because we are on the third floor and he had to bring all the equipment up which was many times up and down the stairs

I went by my friend's recommendation and decided to use services from Tru-Steam Carpet cleaning, and I am glad I did that. I went to their website which has some really good educational information which made me comfortable before ordering their services particularly since I have a new born and wanted to make sure the materials used for cleaning were eco-friendly and safe. Todd came out for the service and he did fantastic job cleaning our carpets. They look and feel brand new ! I got my new house carpet cleaned as well before I moved in as the carpet was cleaned but had strong scented smell. Debra
