Brady Roofing was established in 1996, spending our early years roofing in new residential construction in Salt Lake City, Utah. Most of our jobs were residential until 1999. Eventually, we transitioned to do more repairs, re-roofs and flat roofed commercial buildings. These areas require special expertise that Brady Roofing can provide.

Contractor hereby agrees to furnish or to arrange for all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, supervision and services necessary to repair or construct a roof on the Property in accordance with the Contractor's Proposal, set forth above. For purposes of convenience, the services to be performed and items to be furnished by Contractor are hereinafter designated the "Work."

I manage several older buildings that are in need of some repair and some replacement as budgets allow. I have used Brady Roofing for several years on most of the roofs of these buildings. They have always been extremely responsive and professional. Stewart has always helped me with all my roofing needs and I will continue to use Brady roofing in the future. I had significant damage to both my home's roof and that of my detached garage from September's wind storm. I was fortunate to use Brady roofing for the project. Ben supervised the project, provided the bid and kept me informed of any updates and changes. The work was excellent and the job site was kept very tidy. I also feel that the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommended this company.

I just had Brady Roofing replace my garage roof after our September wind storm and they did a great job at a reasonable price. They had a cancellation and showed up a week earlier than planned too. Brady Roofing replaced the roof on my home eight years ago, and that roof didn't have any damage from the wind storm. I've worked with Omar from Brady Roofing a few times now and have referred Omar and Brady Roofing to friends. I'm very satisfied with their work!

My niece used Brady Roofing, her neighbor was so impressed they used them. Then my brother used them because his daughter and her neighbor was happy with them. My brother recommended them to me. I had them put on a new roof to my home and shed Spring 2018. Just like everyone said, they were fast in getting the bid to me. They scheduled the job within a week of my hiring them. We were very satisfied with Brady Roofing. They replaced our roof a year ago. They were efficient, hard working and easy to deal with. Our contact there was very available and responsive to a minor quirk that developed after the roof was installed. The owner even came out to look at it. They also did a good job of installing the new gutters. Our only criticism was that they did not suggest painting the eaves which would then be covered with a rain gutter. A friend pointed out to us that that should be done in order to protect the wood.

Sigh - I was excited to reach out to this company for my commercial roofing needs based on some positive AL reviews, but unfortunately I couldn't get past the initial phone call.
My project is a large commercial building, my tenant is moving out and I wanted to have the roof inspected. I am not sure who answered the phone, but they had a thick accent and it became clear quickly they were poor communicators. She basically told me they don't do inspections because they will get sued. Huh. Well, I tried to ask for some sort of inspection, any inspection really, tried to say it a couple
