Galvalume Steel Roof Panels with siliconized polyester resin finish over primer are installed over Vapor Barrier and attached with screw fasteners. Our insulating metal roofing system creates a barrier between you and the elements outside. Metal roofs are so durable and last so long, they rarely need to be replaced, reducing raw material consumption. Can withstand high winds. The majority of our installations are built to withstand up to 155mph wind loads and in some locations, it's even higher. Has a smooth surface so debris tends to slide off.
Metal roofing is made from approximately 25% recycled materials and is 100% recyclable at the end of its life. Also, due to its light weight, we may be able to install our Metal roofing over the top of your existing roof, eliminating the problem of disposing of used shingles. Because metal roofs are non-combustible, they are given a Class A fire rating, which is the best.

HOME BUYER BEWARE if you purchase a home where Prestige Metal Roofing did the work. Their "LIFETIME METAL ROOF WARRANTY" DOES NOT TRANSFER TO NEW OWNERS. Not only do they not warrant the materials on a 5 year "new" metal roof, they do not even warrant their own labor. This is not very professional, shows very poor work ethic, and speaks volumes as to their faith in their own work. I received a recommendation from another roofing company who stated the section of the roof that is leaking did not have enough pitch to apply metal, but should have been rolled. I shared that with Prestige Metal Roofing

I wanted to write this quick thank you note to Prestige Metal Roofing to let you know how wonderful the experience was having your crew replace my roof. In my case the old roofing had to be removed in addition to replacing a few sheets of decking. Your crew went about this job very professionally, making sure to clean up all debris as it was removed. My house was dried in by the end of the day and ready for the new roof the next morning.

My roof was 40 years old, complicated, steep, and two stories high. This was not an issue for prestige. They came on time everyday and worked efficiently. Cleaned up after the job was done. My new roof looks great and I couldn't be happier.

I highly recommend Prestige Metal Roofing, I have a double wide mobile home and it took two of their men two days to put on a brand new roof (they had to completely re due what the other company messed up starting with all new wood!!! The men who did the job were so very polite, very very hard workers and the price was better than ANY other roofing company, a huge THANK YOU so much, I will tell everyone about this company.

After explaining the salesman that I did not want
any intrusions into my New Metal Roof, i got an
Roof fastened with 1000 Screws. After I confronted the salesman he told me the Roof i wanted would cost more. So WHY DIDN’T GAVE ME THE RIGHT QUOTE?
ANSWER: HE IS AN UNETHICAL SALESMAN!
And not be selling anything but used Cars!

We just had our roof done last week and love it. The sales man Larry was friendly, no pressure to buy, gave us time to work and think things through. The office staff also were great in answering questions about the project to be done, following up with us and let us know they were backed up for a few months since the hurricane season so we knew when to expect it to be done. It only took a day and a half to be completed. The men working did well and communicated well on arrival and departure. The only thing that bothered us was one guy smoking while working but we weren't outside a whole lot.

I am a school teacher in Osceola County and must say it was a big decision to go with a metal roof. However, after careful study we decided it was the best long-term solution for a Central Florida area that is subject to hurricanes. Now the good news...Prestige Metal Roofing is a solid firm with professional service from top to bottom. They are prompt...they are communicators and they have impressive customer service!
