Services
Orders are generally processed once received. However, most normal processing can take between 24 to 48 hours. Once an order has been placed, and upon verification and the approval of payment, merchandise will be shipped out as soon as possible. Shipping times represent the estimated time of delivery from when the item(s) ships, not from when the order was submitted.

Excellent family owned business that provides great service. I could not ask for more from my supplier. They literally have the largest lighting inventory in the NW and offer very competitive prices. 4th generation family owned since 1912, they are truly a Seattle company. I say keep your money local.

Came here to get a few light bulbs and gentleman in front desk greeted me right away and ask if he could help me find what I needed and then another lady came in to help me as well, they both took their time explaining and showing me bunch a light bulbs that would work best for my needs and I was really impressed by their dedication and knowledge, would definitely come back again in the future.

I was looking for certain halogen and florescent bulbs. After many trips to the local Home Depot, I found this place on Google and was impressed with the universal positive reviews. I was not disappointed. The service was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowlegeable. Selection was huge and price reasonable. Would recommend highly without reservation.

The good news: they have most of the lamps u can't find elsewhere. The not-so-good news: sales persons in need of urgent refresher course on how to respond to customers. Treat me politely and I have no problem. Otherwise... Also, Saturday and Sunday closed, unlike most other places. I will return ONLY after having exhausted all other outlets/sources.

Called to verify that they had a specific bulb for a microwave.
I was told that it was in stock, and would be waiting for me at the desk.
It wasn't at the desk. It took a while to find the paperwork, which was "not in the right place."
When I got home and opened the box, they sold me THE WRONG BULB.
I called, was told that "we need to order that for you, will take about 1 week."
No contact after 11 days, so I called them. "It's on back order, it will take 1-1/2 to 2 weeks.
So, the bulb that that was "in stock" turns out to be 3+ weeks away

I came here a few times to purchase special light bulbs for my kitchen's track lighting system.
On one occasion, I arrived a few minutes after closing (didn't know that until I looked on my iPhone). When I knocked on the door, the staff just stared at me and didn't come out to tell me they were closed. Sure I didn't expect after hours service, but at least tell me that you are closed.
Skip the bad service and get your bulbs online...
