Very professional, showed up on time. My furnace bit the dust. They came out, tested, and determined that the system needed to be replaced. The manifold was leaking CO into the flow. It was a 20+ year old system whos time had come. They told me it would be up to two weeks, as they had to order the new unit. However, they got the order early and scheduled within a week. Wanted to leave a review after having a successful repair and experience with Air Tech 24. Cyrus went out of his way to explain each step of the repair and was very honest about the whole process. Although my AC had a very tricky leak on an older unit he was able to repair it for the time being. My AC is on its last leg but he was straight forward about my options and the risks of repairing vs buying a new unit. I feel I was able to make the best choice for the time being. Technician, Cyrus , came over at the time I was told . Actually a little earlier, which was great. Checked out our system, figured out the problem and gave me an estimate. Had to return because part had to be ordered. Didn’t have to pay the full amount till job was completed. Returned as soon as he got the part. Kept me posted on what was going on. He returned to do the work with another technician and I was impressed on how tidy and clean everything was once they left. Never had anyone go in and out of attic and not leave a mess. The two guys showed up and I showed them the system on the roof. It cost $99 for them to come out and look at it. Since it had been some time since I had the system serviced, they suggested that I do a service on it. I told them that the system was cool but not as cold as it had been. I agreed to a service which came to $250 - which ended up being basically just cleaning the system - taking off the covers, wiping down the dust, then using a hose to spray out the condenser. They did use a cleaning spray along with the hose. Then they replaced the covers

So sadly my 18 year old inefficient heating and AC unit had come to an end. I got a few quotes from some companies I had some trust with and the prices were all over $10k to replace my heating and AC system. I thought it was necessary but to get a third quote given the size and expense of the effort. I liked the reviews I read on Yelp so I gave them a call. I would like to say that we need more businesses like this! Extremely professional, honest, and prompt! Had a couple of bids before where the competitors (branded companies) were charging twice as much for half of the service. When I made my appointment for a service call, a gentleman by the name of Cyrus stopped by to inspect the AC unit. He explained everything after the inspection and gave out a quote for the service. Family owned and operated. Cyrus, technician & manager was very knowledgeable. Installed a 3 Ton Horizontal Split System (14 Seer Condenser, Evaporator Coil, and 80% Ultra Low Nox Furnace) at my rental property. He worked with me on budget I had in mind, and the project was completed as scheduled. He came out once more after his crew completed the work for inspection. I had really great experience at my condo in Irvin with Air Tech 24 two days ago. I had a new furnace that was installed wrongly by other HVAC company, and it was not working properly.
