They were very timely to respond to our need to determine what the issue was with out old unit and garage door which was not working. They limited the cost to just needing to replace the door opener and rewire the opener and safety eye against obstructions preventing the door to close.

First experience for basic repair was a good experience. I had some more extensive work done and had water barriers placed and they leak. We called and were told their techs arent responsible for prepping a surface and it should have been prepped prior to their arrival. We could have easily prepped the surface and been ready but we had no idea that 1. The surface would need to be prepped by us because we were not told and 2. They came without a warning while we were away on vacation. No communication on their part. So I sat on the bill for 30 days. I got 6 calls today alone. Payment was mailed
