I was in an accident and I needed to purchase a new vehicle. I told steve about how I really valued getting a reliable vehicle, and how I needed to be able to get to and from work. He recommended two different Lexus ES 350s and I chose between the two. Unfortunately when I signed the buyers agreement it said "sold as is" and I should've known from that moment that he was selling me a piece of sh*t. So looking for a car for my daughter , seen this car online , asked the guy that answered the phone can you make payment , he was like 2500 down and 300 a month. Mine you the car is only 6999 . Didn't ask how my credit was . Which my credit is good . Need to get my daughter a car without breaking the bank . As I work at a dealership, if I was going to pay 300 a month , I would buy a new car . It's all about Customer Service .
Looks like I will not be getting a car from this place .

Being a witness to how they treat their customers once the car rolls off the lot and starts having MAJOR mechanical issues I can only advise everyone to stay far, far away from this place! Lack of communication from management is just the tip of the iceberg of this shady establishment. Save your time and money and go elsewhere when looking for a quality used vehicle.

I bought my '05 Tahoe from Steve about 2 weeks ago. Its a very clean and good running vehicle. Steve steered me to use Texell, which I'm grateful for. Got approved with no problems. Had such a great experience with his office. I love my Tahoe! My stepdad went Saturday to test drive a Z71 Chevrolet pickup, approved through Texell as well. I'm very surprised to read the review from Bryan P. I have been a customer of this dealership for over a year and think this is the best dealership in the Austin area. I hate to say that I have been late a couple of times with my payment but a quick call to the owner was all it took for him to work with me and to thank me for communicating with him. I have however always maintained my car insurance as it's required by law. Unfortunately I think that Bryan P has some other underlying stuff going on as everyone I know loves this dealership. They are the best in my opinion!!

Even tough I didnt buy anything and I took a long time to orientate the guys still remained very friendly. These guys will not push you anywhere. You can make as many testrides as you want. They are very honest about their cars condition. Cars are priced a bit high but they are Always willing to work out a deal for you. Courtesy is definitely still found here!

Had a great experience buying my New Beetle with this dealership. Was not sure about checking it out, cause of the wacky name but they had the car I really wanted, no one in Austin had any used New Beetles! So I give it a go!
