Service department is not good. next time i buy any car with a warranty I'm going to check out the local dealerships service reviews. my local audi's service depart makes owning the several warranties i bought worthless.

When we got there Thomas came out and greeted us. He then asked what kind of car we were looking for and showed us some pictures . Then we drove the Audi . It was easy to get approved. Love the service there .

What started out to be a very frustrating and bad service appointment (Nov 2021) to the point I was about to leave and never return, was turned around and made right by Eddie Kim. Eddie went above and beyond to find a way to get my car in and serviced on the day of my appointment. I was originally told they couldn’t get to my car for 4 days (even… though I had an appointment) and they were booked out until February if I wanted to reschedule and oh BTW they had no loaner cars. Eddie fixed the situation that wasn’t even his to make right and got my car done EARLY! Also he and Etienne

Initially I was sort of turned off by the whole experience including my one year old Audi with only 10,000 miles that had a host of electronic gremlins. I needed a loaner to get around in and had to wait a month for one to come available. Once the car was finally in the shop I was informed that the part needing replacement had to be shipped from Germany and would take 2-3 weeks to get here. Seriously, no one in the entire U.S. has this part? It did finally come in and the new part fixed pretty much all the electronic issues. The staff were great and the car is running like it should. My first time buying an Audi after going to Covert Cadillac for years. The difference is night and day. Very good quality vehicle for a good price. AJ and Mike were easy to work with and genuine, which is important, especially having a difficult experience with my most recent purchase at Covert.
The people here are very transparent and I appreciated that immensely. I would send anyone their way and recommend AJ.

I took my car in for a software update, Gateway Control Module Software Update. I had an appointment, arrived on time, told them I would wait (also told them that when making the appointment). The service tech said it would take about 2 hours (which seems way too long, but OK). It ended up taking 4 hours and 30 minutes. I may go to Audi South Austin next time, even though it is 10 miles further away. They have a better Yelp rating and an additional 10 miles driving is nothing compared to a 4 hour wait for something that should take an hour or less.

With that said, the waiting area was pleasant

Very unfriendly sales people. They act as if they do us a favor to the owners. IDespite 5 messages no one ever called. When I go there most sit and chat but can't greet customers. High end car dealership acts With low end mindset.

We took our Audi A5 in for new tires. Paul checked inventory and contacted us on availability and checked us in when we arrived. He then kept us updated on the progress via texts and video of the car inspection and completion via text and phone call. We were very pleased with the service and price of our tires. Darrell checked us out and was also exceptional.

After some time passes, I build up enough courage to visit this service organization, and they reconfirm my view each time I go. This is such a poorly run service organization that I would prefer to drive 30 min to their South location where they take service seriously. DO NOT GO TO NORTH location--service is an after thought.

Like the other yelper below I am surprised by the low reviews this dealership has.

5 star for Jackie who went above and beyond for our new purchase. After dealing with pretty much every single Audi dealership in Texas i think you can trust my review lol.

Jackie was able to help us reserve the car we wanted, gave us an amazing deal and the monthly payments we wanted. And to put the cherry on top she even had her assistant deliver the new car to our home in Austin.

The entire transaction was seamless and we never once stepped in to their dealership. Ive dealt with soo many sales representatives

Beware of the service organization at this location. The culture there is to suggest services, parts and repair work that are unnecessary and incredibly overinflated from a price standpoint. Bottom line, they are perfectly happy to rip you off if you will let them

Never, ever set foot in this dealership. We have had a vehicle since 2019 from there and we have never had a good experience in the service department. Today is the latest horrible example. Took the car in for a 9am oil change (appt made 3+ weeks ago), never received a call, update or loaner car. Called at 5:30 pm and they said that they MAY get to it tomorrow afternoon. FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!!! The last time it was in, they claimed not to hear a noticeable squeaking noise every time it is driven. They have hijacked our vehicle several times for 12 hours for an oil change. We bought the lifetime

I was a little surprised to see how low Audi North Austin's review ratings are, but most of them are related to the service department. I bought my Audi Q7 from them a couple of months and couldn't be happier with my car and entire purchase experience.

My sales rep was Gary Swenson, and he was probably one of the best auto sales reps I've ever worked with. Shockingly, a lot of reps don't know the cars they're selling that well, but Gary was able to answer every question we had and offered even more information about the cars we were considering. He loves cars and is certified

The service is acceptable but the follow through is not.

I needed to take my car in for a factory recall. They broke the center console and didn't mention it to me when returning the car. But when I got in the car it was obvious and they owned up to it. Said that they would have the manager get in touch with me for repairing it.

Several days later I called and nobody had told the manager but he said that he would order the part and let me know when it had come in.

Several weeks later I called and they had the part but they hadn't called or could even remember why they had ordered it

I must say this dealership is the most unprofessional and unorganized dealership I have experienced. And that is not among the luxury cars dealership. Our other car is Subaru and their Austin dealership service is million light years better than Audi.

I called in to schedule an oil change yesterday. The lady told me there was nothing for the rest of the month of September. We left at I'd call again to schedule later. She called me back in 5 minutes to ask if I could come as a walk-in early morning next day and they'll be able to get it done. I specifically asked how long would it

4+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation even with an appointment. I was initially told it would be 4 hours when I dropped it off; service advisor never contacted me to tell me they are running late. Then when I called after 4 hours to check, I was told it would be an additional hour to hour and a half to get the car washed. When I came to pick up my vehicle and told my service advisor about the time, his excuse was that the 4 hours was just an estimated time.

Truly garbage service dept compared to the way they used to be. Actually the type of service where they give you your car back in worst shape than when you drop it off and after spending thousands. These guys singlehandedly are making me consider a different type of car after 15 years. Awful service department. Will try south Austin even though it's much further.

I have lived behind this dealership for almost 6 years and was in communication with the staff before about there alarm system. they are were nice and understanding about the alarm being so loud it woke us up and they fixed. But now the staff must be new or something because i have reached out 3 times this month and nothing has happened. it went off last night for 2 hours it only stopped when i called 311 and told them that the alarm keeps going off saying you are being recorded and authorities are on the way but never once does anybody show up to check on the cars or building (great system) so

These guys are crooks. Wanted to charge me $10,000 over MSRP on a car in the lot, and $5,000 over MSRP to order something they didn't have. I contacted two other Audi dealers who both quoted me sticker price (during the pandemic shortage) and said their respective dealerships never charge over MSRP and that it's against their policy to do so.

I was ready to buy too. They literally didn't have to try and sell me or anything. I was ready to do the deal. Couldn't have asked for an easier sale. Too bad they just want to nickel and dime you instead. Looks like I'll be taking

I have been a customer at Audi North Austin for about 5 years. I have always met professionalism and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the last time that I brought my car in for service, I was rather disappointed.

As soon as I picked the car up, even before I started the car, I noticed that the wireless phone charger was missing. I immediately called for the service advisor. I was told that she was going to contact the service manager to look into the matter, including reviewing camera tapes, and would get back to me.

After nigh 10 days, even after I called their customer service to inquiry

Expensive repairs completed poorly. The biggest complaint I have with this mechanic shop is the team you never see (in the back) taking ownership of the future issues they cause. Like oil leaks for example, or not putting screws in. You would think a $150 per hour labor rate would yield better quality service, but it does not. I have written to the Fixed Operation Director who runs service, but he just ignores you and gives the impression that he doesn't value his customers.

Avoid this dealership service if you want better reliability from your Audi vehicle. There are plenty mechanic shops
