Very nice running and clean cars I strongly suggest to have YOUR mechanic to check car BEFORE getting(motor mount and brakes are no good on car we got) to get fixed is not their priority. Me and Baby Came through And Rolando Hooked us up with great monthly payments and all and a decent down payment on a new car.

Will definitely refer my peers to this place. Went in today and Was Out in under an hour process was super easy and You don't need credit. I originally wrote this review and gave them 1 star because I felt like my issue was not being listened to and I was being ignored or mislead. However, after speaking with the owner today, I was able to get my problem resolved and my account reflecting the agreement we came to.

I appreciate them taking the time out to fix what was broken and hold themselves accountable. I can now say that I'd happily recommend them and advise that anyone with issues with them speak directly to the owner. I am a returning customer and DG Auto has been great. Rolando helped us get into something nice even when we were fixing to leave he assured we would leave happy and got us right financially as well.

They really worked with me on getting into one of my dream truck 99 f250 7.3 diesel. not only did they work with me not having any credit at all but they are honest and honor the warranty given. after having the truck only 3 weeks the transmission just went out all the way in Lubbock after talking to the owner Mr. DG said to call around shop a quote and find a shop i trust and let him know as i did and he also agreed they were good he is covering everything and they are fixing my truck to get me back on the road. he has been so helpful through this whole situation. no one can tell all the time

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE & BAD COMMUNICATION. THEY ONLY MAKE SURE THE CAR IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR U TO DRIVE OFF IN AND THEN AS SOON AS ITS 100 PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR THEY DONT CARE TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY LIED ABOUT THE CAR HAVIN NEW PARTS AND ETC. I TOTALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A CAR FROM HERE UNLESS YOU ARE MAKING PAYMENTS BECAUSE TECHNICALLY THE CAR IS STILL DGs & HE CANT BE NONCHALANT ABOUT FIXING HIS OWN CAR LOL. I WAS ALLOWED TO DRIVE OFF WHILE MY CAR LOCKED UP ON ME GOIN 40 MPH IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD AFTER BEING TOLD I WAS GOOD TO MAKE IT BACK HOME. TOTALLY DANGEROUS ❗️❗️

BEFORE I even made my first car payment my vehicle has broken down TWICE. The first time I was told it ran out of gas, even though the gas meter showed 1/4 of a tank of gas. Last night, during independent contractor work, the car broke down AGAIN and this time it had 1/2 tank of gas. The car was in such bad shape, that it had to be towed back to DG Auto Sales. This morning I was told no repairs can be done until MONDAY! Since the vehicle is used for travel AND work, this car quality and reliability problem has not just crippled, hindered and prevented my ability to work, earn income to pay bills

If I could give zero stars I would. My friend purchased a car from them along with a 1 year warranty. And within 3 months the engine mount failed (the engine literally fell out of the car) and it was discovered that the axle was broken. They showed no regard for the problems and felt no sense of responsibility for addressing the problem or advocating with the warranty provider.

I am writing this review for anyone considering buying a car from this company. We searched for over a month for a Honda Odyssey. I passed by one of their dealerships everyday on my way home from getting my son from school. We are not a family that makes a ton of money so every penny counts for us. I test drove an Odyssey they had on their lot. We checked the carfax and it was clear. We did everything on our end to ensure we were buying the best car with the cash we had. We paid cash and drove away in our "new to us" van. I loved it.

So on 5/31/2013, DG Auto Sales charged my Credit Card $400...BUT I HAVE NEVER EVEN BEEN TO DG AUTO SALES. I have never lost my credit card, so how exactly did you charge it?

I just called Bank of America and they said you attempted to run my card multiple times for this amount, before it was finally accepted. How did you do this without my card, SINCE ITS IN MY WALLET. Did someone just write my credit card number on a piece of paper, and you charged it? If so, you are a bunch of freaking idiots for running that transaction.
