I’ve worked with plenty of salespeople, but Santiago was by far the most friendly, personable, helpful, and professional salesman I’ve ever worked with.

We came here to purchase a ram we could not find anything anywhere else. They had what we were looking for. Nice place, the sales people were not like all over you but the customer service is horrible. They had us waiting for like 45min to an hour to just get over to finance. Which the finance only took like 3 min. I won’t come back here again because of the customer service.

My husband & I had recently had quite a few horrible experiences with other dealers in the past. We had been unable to qualify for a much needed vehicle. Kiel & Santi were awesome salesmen. Let me tell you, these guys did NOT give up, they were all in after we had told them our situation, especially Kiel. We ended up leaving with a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram truck! 5 stars! I had been previously shopping for this exact vehicle at another dealership and had the worst experience ever so I left and walked out.. I came to South Point Dodge and the experience was not stressful at all and I was happy the whole time through the whole buying process. Shout out to Cory in sales for getting me the truck at the price I wanted, but that's about where the good experience ends. I bought my truck used and a tailgate actuator needed to be replaced, so I made an appointment once parts were in and waited over 2 hours despite an appointment for 1 part. Also with the rainstorm that just came in I have discovered that the back window leaks and has the headliner wet. I have had the truck for less than 45 days, and am now going to be having to get the window resealed/reset more than likely. Meanwhile Southpoint had the truck in their possession for over 60
