Leak Tracker
Leak Tracker will find your leak whether it is above or below ground without damaging your property or disrupting your business. We have a proven track record of finding the most difficult leaks found in: Condominiums, Hotels, Offices/Industrial Facilities, Apartment Complexes, Golf Courses, and Residential Homes.

A water leak anywhere in your home is no small matter and should never be ignored. Leaks get larger and have more potential for damage the longer they go undetected or unrepaired. While some leaks are obvious, there are others with less obvious signs. If you hear running water or feel extra moisture in your walls, flooring or other places in your home, you may have a leak.

Some leaks are as small as a pin hole, but over time can cause great damage. If you even have a hint of a leak, call Leak Tracker today. Call or email us today to set up an appointment and find out how we can help with all your leak detection needs.
Services
Leak Tracker is a Tampa leak detection company dedicated to providing quality work, best in class service at a reasonable price. We provide leak detection to a wide variety of clients such as plumbers, property managers and insurance companies. We don't promote gimmicks or make false claims about our service.
There are various types of plumbing leaks that can occur in your home's pressurized (hot & cold) water pipes and drain lines. Some leaks are easily found by visual inspection, while other leaks are difficult to diagnose, locate and repair. Sub-surface leaks (slab leaks) are difficult to locate because they produce no visual clues as to what type of leak is present, let alone the location.
We take great pride in providing quality service to our clients. Below are just some of the comments we've received from happy clients. I can't thank Pete enough for saving me a ton of money. My plumber refered me to Pete because I was seeing water in my bathroom but didn't know where it was coming from.
If you have received a high water bill, you can take a few steps on your own to determine whether or not you have a leak. Check your water meter! The meter has a dial in the shape of a triangle or pegged wheel which is the leak indicator. If all fixtures are off, the leak indicator should not be moving.
Plumbers face many challenges when dealing with water leak issues in residential and commercial properties. At Leak Tracker we take a hands-on approach by teaming with the Plumber to plan the best method and procedures to quickly locate the source of the leak while maintaining the highest level of customer service for the home owner.

This is a subcontractor for a very crappy plumbing company. Maybe not their fault...but when you lay down with dogs, you arise with fleas...
