Initial consultation was quick and easy. Charlie was able to provide multiple different options for the unique aspects of my project. Took extra care to protect tongue & groove ceilings from nail protrusions. Extremely fine detail work (caulk lines, cutouts in drip edge, etc.), could've been neater, but that's nitpicking for a roof that was competitive in pricing. Cleanup was as good as I could've asked for. Communication has been prompt and professional for the duration of my experience. Hope to have nothing more to report as the roof ages.

I used Rosie's Roofing and Restoration to replace/repair my flat roof. Previous owners had had additional roofs simply laid on top of the earlier ones, so it was quite a mess. Charlie Yood is a superb professional and extremely knowledgeable, esp about flat roofs, which need a lot of expertise. He and his crew fit me in quickly despite a lot of rain to work around, did a very informative inspection and estimate, did the job very well and cleaned up after themselves, and were responsive to questions. I could not recommend this company more highly.

Rosie's completed the work based on the cost of the insurance estimate. They don't give you an independent estimate. Once you receive your insurance scope, they charge you that. The work was professional and completed quickly on the timeline Charlie outlined. High quality work. Great communication. We'd use them again if we have roofing

I think that Charles Yooud did an outstanding job of explaining the roofing process and his video. of the condition of the roof prior to the work was extremely helpful to me in being able to see the condition of the roof, therefore, it made it more understandable to me why it was important to replace the roof. His follow up photos of the roof boards that needed to replace were also very helpful.
