Two recent experiences with Baker Auto Services: first was a fair repair at a fair price, second was a $149 oil change. I won't be back. Petty rip off not worth a BBB report.

Far too many people I know have been robbed by this place. Selling cars that die within months, or with known issues that they'll wave off as nothing. Trade-ins get you nothing, and salesmen are pushy. Do not recommend.

I purchased a ford focus for 2,700 dollars. I figured almost 3 grand shouldn't need much work done. After 1 year I have already had to put almost 2,000 dollars into it. Alot of body rot and needs a whole new exhaust, rocker panels, brakes, control arms and other suspension work, brake lines and other extensive work. Plus all the shop fees. This 2,700 dollar car is gonna be at a 4,000 to 5,000 dollar car and still not sure if it will take another sticker. B on customer service and FF- on vehicle quality.
