Just had another great experience buying a car with Charlie and his awesome team.Yes, a great experience buying a car! My third from DNK in Farmingdale Maine. Charlie has been in business for decades for a reason. He retains long term , excellent sales and financing staff who are no pressure, at your service, answering any and all questions and working hard to get you into a quality previously owned vehicle of your choice.. He has a range of choices. I've had great, long lasting vehicles I've purchased from Charlie, solid trade back and upgrade with him, and always enjoy excellent service.

I went to DNK to look at a vehicle that I had seen online. When I arrived I was met by a very pleasant salesman who listened to me explain what I was looking for and brought me to the lot. While looking at the pickups it became apparent to Will that I was trying to settle for the least expensive truck that would suit my situation and not looking for the features and comfort that others might need who would be driving the vehicle as well. With this in mind we upgraded from the FX4 package to the Lariat. I am so glad that we did. Having the additional options made for an incredibly comfortable driving

WORST car buying experience of my life. The salesman, Matthew, was nice and helpful. But the truck has been a nightmare. The gas door fell off before I left the lot. As I was driving away the engine light came on and it stopped shifting correctly. They fixed that. Three days later my brakes totally failed as I was going down a hill. They towed the truck to their shop them refused to cover the repair because they said it could not have been their fault that the brake system failed three days after I purchased the truck from them. They charged me $365.00 (including the tow!) and I had to drive another

This is Bob. We just purchased a new vehicle from DNK. The sales team was very professional and made us feel at ease.
10 days later we needed minor service work done and the crew in service (Ben and Jesse) were sensational. We will be back to have our vehicles cared for at DNK. We are treated like family!

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. It isn't so much what happened, as it is how he handled it. I know when buying a used car (even one with 'only 35,000 miles', if that was true), you take your chances. But, when there's a problem (or many). I don't expect to be screamed at when complaining. We bought a 2015 Acadia for our daughter-in-law as we thought it would be safe, dependable transportation for them and their two young sons.
