Per Texas House Bill 2102, the most out of pocket costs you'll experience is the amount of your deductible. Contact your insurance agent to find out your specific deductible. According to this new bill, it states you must pay your deductible and show proof of payments. It removes the ability for homeowners to be taken advantage of.

Elite Roofing and Restoration Services is indeed a select group that is superior in terms of abilities and quality. I had the opportunity to observe the workmanship and attention to detail during my neighbors new roof installation. I was immediately sold on Elite. Josh (President) and Michael (Business Development Manager) have excellent communication skills, ethics, work quality, and follow up. Going a little overboard I recently interviewed eight contractors for siding and roofing and chose to work with Josh Sutton and Michael McDowell at Elite Roofing. The whole team at Elite did a fantastic job. Michael and Paul worked with the insurance company to get the roofing shingle upgraded and replace the decking to bring it to code on my 1983 home. Sergio and his team did a great job replacing siding and painting. Raul headed up the roofing crew. I was right in the middle of it the whole time and was super impressed with Raul's crew. You could not build a better roof then the Class 4 GAF roof

Recently completed a brand new roof from Elite and have been more than satisfied with the process. From a couple of reps from Elite reviewing my roof and recommending an insurance evaluation to the same reps meeting the insurance adjuster at my house, to having an HVAC company inspect my attic and make necessary adjustments to my a/c lines to completing the job in 1 day to following up with my insurance company to make sure that I received any recoverable depreciation, my experience couldn't have been any better. Brad, who came for an estimate because of a small leak, discovered that we hail damage as the cause. He explained the steps in working with him and the insurance company to fix the problem.
