Our process starts with a free top to bottom property inspection, including the main property, any additional structures, fencing, and personal property. If we determine that the policyholder has a good claim, we start by being present when the insurance adjuster does his initial inspection, including handling the supplement process, if needed.
Once the initial scope of work (estimate) is received by the client, we analyze the scope from the insurance company against our original inspection to determine if any damages have been overlooked. Unfortunately, almost every project we do has something that was overlooked. Sometimes small, sometimes big, either way, we make sure that all damages are paid for by the policyholder's insurance company.

We had a great experience working with Mike and Paul. They replaced our roof, rain gutters, a few cracked windows, and repaired our wood fence in Richardson after a hail storm. They had a team that was very efficient and that did a great job. They stayed close with us during the entire process to let us know what was going on and when. No surprises...and I really appreciated that.

Michael Hernandez was excellent to work with! Mike went out of his way to ensure everything was taken care of. His initial evaluation was very thorough, and detailed. He took time to discuss every small little detail resulting from the inspection and explained which ones need to be fixed and which ones don’t. Halo Roofing is Second to none! Mike really went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and even offered opinions on other repairs. I ended up using his company to repair my window screens as well, which was his idea due to a few tears from hail damage! He recommended to replace all the screens and not just the torn screens because I would notice the difference in the newer ones by the sun fade of the the older ones and he even showed me the difference in the two. The best part was he even came back after the job for the roof was finished to do a follow up for any additional leaks

I highly recommend Halo Roofing! The owner (Mike) came out himself and did our estimate. He explained the process and assisted us until the roofing project was completed. Very informative and helpful throughout the entire project.
Scheduling an appointment was very easy. They take a lot of photos for the insurance company and pay very close attention to every detail ensuring nothing is missed.
