The staff at Coaches HVAC ExtraordinAIR were very helpful and got me a service appointment as soon as possible. We were given a 5-9 pm window, and the technician came just a few minutes after 5 pm. Stephen wore a mask and shoe covers, and was very careful to keep appropriate Covid precautions. He was prompt, professional, polite, and reassuring that he would take care of the problem for us. I had Coaches come out to do you have a routine check on my heater in the attic, just to make sure everything looked OK before the winter season. The technician Pryole did an amazing job, he showed me pictures before and after of what he worked on, cleaned everything up after he was done working. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would!!
We had a different company dispatched from our AHS home warranty to evaluate and repair my tenant's A/C.
Long story short, this other criminal company tried to charge me $3100 for items "not covered" by insurance. Something didn't sit right with me, so I pushed for a 2nd estimate/opinion.
Coaches HVAC ExtraordinAIR was dispatched and they pressure washed the fan condenser, pressure tested the freon and got the unit back in working order. NO CHARGE. This other company, Infinity Home Solutions tried to SCAM ME OUT OF $3100

This was our best repair service ever! Our air conditioner quit working. Coaches gave us a 2 hour window for coming and came within that window. Our repairman Stephen was courteous, neat, knowledgeable, fixed the problem within about an hour and had the parts on his truck. I highly recommend Coaches for HVAC repairs!

My AC unit stopped working. As normal, I checked out the things I could do (change filter etc) but didn't seem to do anything. I called and they got someone to come over next day!!!!! I so appreciate that. They did a great job and fixed the problem and got the ac unit running again. Service guy (Brandon) was friendly and very professional. We had Coaches HVAC assigned through our home warranty company after the first contractor never showed up. They were very responsive and sent a technician out the same day and they recommended changing out a part of our AC unit. The work was done but our AC was not fully repaired at which point they came back out and recommended a unit upgrade and some duct work. We asked for a breakdown of costs several times only to never be provided the detail, and they also never responded to the home warranty company as to whether they could do the work or not. The process from start to finish was great! They were responsive, thorough, and their office staff had attention to detail, which I appreciate. HVAC repair companies are a dime a dozen and they did things to stand out from the rest. Stephen was on time, friendly, courteous, and efficient. Our repair was done in less than hour. I also appreciated that he took the time to show me what had gone wrong with the AC unit and how it was to be replaced. After completion, did a check of the vents to ensure air was running properly. Our AC all the sudden stopped working last night. In desperation , I called a couple of places and left messages on their answering machine at 8 am this morning. The girls that answer the phones were rude. I called and got a quick response which was nice, however the girl began to take my info and then had to transfer me for scheduling. Then next girl went right to getting my info and when I stopped her to get details like cost for the appt she was very dry and cold. I got the cost info and said ok I wanted to schedule and before I could ask about appt times she said " I need your address".

Our AC began to make a humming sound last weekend and unnoticed the fan was not turning. I watched a few YouTube videos and, as I am no expert, determined that the issue was likely a bad capacitor or fan motor.

Let me first say that Coaches was sent out through our home warranty service, AHS. Our furnace stopped working the day after a huge storm, Wednesday. I'm always a little anxious when AHS sends someone out to fix a problem because we've had some bad experiences in the past like, "Who are these people?!" I called multiple companies to come out and inspect my HVAC system and this was the only one to come out the next day.
