It has been awhile since I shared a recipe with you. Considering we are expecting our (hopefully last) snow storm here in Colorado I decided to honor the moisture with a new soup creation in the kitchen. I used only things I had on hand and the result. This soup is amazing! I came up with this recipe by looking at several online recipes and then taking inventory of the ingredients I had.
