Was driving behind one of their trucks in the Lorton area, they decided to stop and turn left from the middle lane so I honked my horn. I was flipped off as I drove past. Apparently the driver didn’t care that he was representing this company when he decided to flip me off. Poor driver and poor self control.

I had my windows replaced by Hodges in November 2008. I was told by their salesman, at the time of purchase, we had a 10 year warranty on the windows we selected. One of the window seals broke, so I called the company up, assuming some runaround or hidden fee. On the contrary, they looked up my name, saw it was under warranty, then forwarded me to… their scheduler to get the window taken care of. I am pleasantly shocked by the level of customer service at Hodges Company & do not regret buying from them at all. When I need windows again, they will be the ones I will call.
