Well I will say no one will greet you when walking in! And that’s very important to make your customer feel welcomed so they are a repeating customer. I do understand the stress of a busy day,but I will not show my customers that I have had a bad day or weekend! But I do encourage more friendly service!

Ordered metal yesterday for two different porches! Dustin Martin was an excellent salesman and very knowledgeable! Stacey Rice ( Production Manager) was super to talk with. Took us on a tour and treated us like the only customers in the HUGE facility. Great experience! Highly recommend! Anthony was also very helpful and friendly!
