Wish there was a way that I can give negative stars. They used cheapest material for commercial building and it malfunctions or stop working every 2 months. When we call for service and repair they would not reply for a month or so and give excuse that they busy. Then they promise to come fix it ASAP which doesn't happen foe another 3-4 months. Finally they come and fix it and it malfunctions or stop working again in 2 months. So they repeat their way of communicating like one answer a month. First time visiting store received very good customer service from both of the salesmen they were very helpful with our LED Light purchase...we did have to return the next day with a issue but they took care of everything... We placed another order for more lights and we payed for it and they told us it will be ready by Tuesday. We go in on Tuesday to pick up the lights and they say they can’t find the order. This is after a week of waiting and driving 45+ minutes to get to the store. Then they looked deeper and found the order. They then asked us to pay because it showed we didn’t pay even though we got a receipt from them and showed it as proof. They tried milking us for money. Several weeks ago when I called to place the order on lights for the outside of the church, I asked them when we would get our lights if I ordered today. He said the moment I pay for it by credit card over the phone, they will send the lights today and we will get it the next day. They lied. Because they never had the lights in stock to begin with.
