Faulty product that we had to wait until it went out to call and find out that they had a recall. To their credit, they "say" they have a new light vendor and now tout their "warranty"....... but are 4 times higher than the cost of other lights on the market. The "Warranty" doesn't make up for the extreme overpriced lighting they provide.
Mark… Reynolds, will hound you to get you to spend another $250,000 for retrofit lights, however when you ask him a question about the "warranty", he will get belligerent and hang up on you....... yes HANG UP! That is your service BEFORE the sale! I guess
