I think the new gate on the fence turned out beautifully -good craftsmanship. I could not grade the roof repair since I couldn't get up on the roof to check it out. I would have given 5 stars for customer service but I did not receive the feedback that I requested from one of the workers about the roof shingles. It also took awhile for me to receive the estimate.

I sought out quotes for a new roof 3 weeks ago. Fusion was able to provide a competitive estimate and schedule the install within 2 weeks. They finished the roof today and WOW! The process was so seamless, and I can’t believe how fast they were able to complete the work. They did a complete tear off and install in a few hours. They left the sight just as they found it and thoroughly cleaned the area. I’ve done a lot of renovation and this has by far been one of the best companies to work with. I would highly recommend!

Poor customer service, unreliable, and unskilled. Our roof is in considerably worse condition just weeks after Fusion repaired it. We hired Fusion Roofing to repair our rubber roof. They initially told us we needed a water test to figure out the problem, which we were fine with and paid for upfront. The guys told us it would be a couple days to get the written quote to us. After a month passed, my husband and I began calling to ask for it to be sent to us. We had an active leak and needed the roof fixed in the timely manner that was promised to us. We had them replace our roof and change out a box gutter liner on the front porch that was leaking badly. They did a wonderful job with our home. Nils was very friendly and helpful at the initial visit and the price he provided was very reasonable. The installation crew was professional and cleaned up well. Our house looks so much better now. Amazing work. Fusion was incredibly detail oriented, great customer service, and came back several times even after paid in full to inspect their work and make sure all seems were airtight. We interviewed 10 roofers after being scammed by one and they were the only company with craftsmen carpenters that restored our box gutters back to the original profile. Fusion Roofing is great. I've worked with both Drew and Kevin. Ridiculously nice, while also being professional. Work is done fast, on time and very well. Totally reasonable prices. They even have fixed small things that weren't part of the initial job for no extra charge just because they saw it and had the supplies with them.
I will always go to them when I need roofing work done. Oh, I have an old nearly flat bi-level mansard roof.
