We used Suncoast Custom Homes for a small remodel job and we will definitely be using them again in the future! Even though our job was small in size, Steve and Gayla treated us with the utmost respect and we always felt like we were a priority. As business owners we truly appreciate this level of customer service. They delivered a superior finished product within our budget and on time. Steve Jansen / Suncoast Homes is a rare gem - an experienced contractor who replies immediately to your calls/texts/emails, and who works with INTEGRITY. We renovated our master bathroom and kitchen, and Steve was always on the job checking the progress. The work was top-quality, and his team was a pleasure to have in our home. After hearing from friends about contractors who, once they have your deposit, don't return calls or cut corners doing a rushed job - I was concerned about who to entrust our renovation project to. Working with Suncoast was a fantastic experience - from start to finish.

Steve was very good to work with. All subs were also quality. Project involved a total remodel, down to the studs, of our condo unit. Quality of Steve’s work was very good. Project came in on time and on budget. My wife and I were out of the area during much of the construction. Steve’s communications with us were good, timely and included many pictures to keep track of the project. A design firm was also involved and both companies coordinated and communicated well.
Any change orders were done fairly and well. He made sure that the construction site, both indoors and outside was kept clean
