I placed an order with a company that turned out to be fraudulent. My order consisted of $2000 worth of protective masks. The masks never arrived, the company took its website down, and their phones are no longer answered. However, the funds that were paid from my credit card were paid to this company, i.e. Bright Ideas Lighting Solutions. My calls to them just go to voice mail, which is unusual when you call a sales department.

An exceptional lighting company! We got married at the San Diego Botanical Garden and the know how to light the venue just right. On top of that, they have exceptional service! They set up and did take down in the exact time window we needed and they were so helpful with communication before and throughout the planning stages. We highly recommend their services!
