I have been purchasing Night rider lights since 2010. I just bought 2 new lights and I love the new strap. The 1 star is for the Horrible customer service. I called 2 times asking they send me a link to order the new strap. I looked in spam and it was NEVER sent. So I went online and found it. I spent 20 minutes trying to check out. I spend thousands of hours on the web purchasing things and am very familiar with online purchasing. I have NEVER had a problem like this. I finally spent another 20 minutes waiting and ordering through the phone. I asked for them to waive the shipping as this has cost

I can't say enough good things about my light, the Lumina 650- and I was heart broken recently when it flashed the terrifying red/blue light- and would no longer turn on. Assuming it was out of warranty I set about attempting to mend it myself. I received many misleading and discouraging bits of advice from internet sources, and cranky bike mechanics. I thought my Lumina had met it's demise. However, upon discovering NiteRider was a local San Diego company I decided to take my ailing light directly to them.
