We would highly recommend Sherburne-Marrs to anyone looking at the prospect of building a custom home! Our situation was unique in the sense that the entire process was done remotely, as our family was living out of state during the entire design process and home build. We didn't have the luxury of being on site every day or every week. In fact, we didn't physically lay eyes on our home until a couple weeks before our move in date. In that situation, to say you have to have trust in your builder team would be an understatement. But that is exactly what we had throughout the entire process though

We bought a neglected ranch-style home on a great piece of property in late 2017 with the intent of renovating. After meeting with Jared and many other general contractors, we decided to build a new home behind the old home and elected to go with Jared and his team. 2.5 years later, we continue to say it was one of the best decisions we've ever made.
