It seems that since Mike Lingafelt is no longer a Service Adviser there, your SA is going downhill. I called multiple times waiting on hold forever and not once does your Genesis advisers answer the phone! On top of that, I asked before for an alignment check and it was not done. The only way I can speak to someone is basically if I come to your location! Why do you have phones then??? What’s the point of having Service Advisers if they can’t pick up the phone??? Your service level is below subpar and that’s a shame! This is totally unacceptable!
