This company has been around Las Vegas and the surrounding areas for many years. I always saw their trucks around town, and then they were recommended to me by a friend when my AC flooded my home. The staff showed up the SAME DAY, smiling and ready to work. They answered all of my questions, were very respectful of my home, belongings and family while inside here. This place was horrible !!! After being called in by another plumber, they arrived with equipment for a very light flooding in my kitchen. They never supplied me an estimate saying dont worry, your insurance will take care of it. I told them on multiple occasions, that I could not afford to pay a ton out of pocket and was again told insurance would pay. Bottom line, the left their equipment here for nearly a month (fan and dehumidifier). While here they tore up a few feet of my kitchen floor, destroyed 2 cabinet doors and drilled holes in my wall. Then when insurance denied the claim I was stuck

I had a flood in my kitchen, from a broken hose bib behind my kitchen wall... I had water everywhere, this happen during Thanksgiving holiday, as soon I contact AFR, Edgard Romero contacted me almost immediately and set up an appointment , he guide me thru all the process and call insurance with me so we started the repairs as soon as possible, he has a very nice personality and very professional, also the 2 co workers that did the hands on job by removing kitchen cabinets and cutting damaged dry wall were very professional and very clean! AFR came to our rescue after a slow leaking osmosis unit ran out of places to drain and started coming up out of floor boards that spread from the kitchen, to the dining room and family room. It had already flooded throughout and under the island before we noticed the water coming up through the floor boards in the family room. This company was sub contracted to clean up after a flooded bathroom in my parent's house in Henderson. They came right away and gave an estimate and cleaned up water and pulled up carpet, dry wall, etc. It took almost two months of calling to get them to come back and repair the damage. Within 2 weeks of the repair work finally completed, my mother received a phone call from their billing department saying they owed over $700 more than the original estimate and that if it wasn't paid immediately, they were turning her over to collections! They were called and came out right away. They cleaned up the water from the mainline backup. No problem. But apparently the wall still had moisture and it blistered a line across the entire wall!
They repaired all the baseboards and drywall but since the blister happened after their repair they wanted me to pay and add'l $500 above and beyond the $10k they were already paid!!! Talk about a RIP off!
Their construction manager admitted it was cause by the moisture in the first place!
I called to talk to the owner and was told he would call me back 3 days ago. I'm still waiting!

So the workers that came out to do the dry out were great. explained why they were doing what they were doing and how the process was going to go. When it came for this company to come out and actually do the repair. All they did was delay, move appointments around, make excuses, and ultimately I guess I was too small of a job for them to come out back together the house that they tore apart to dry out. The ladies in the Office refused to send me an itemized bill so I knew what I was paying for. overall ruined the review for the company because the guys who showed up at the house were always respectful

Needed some work done before moving out of a condo, and they were detail-oriented and efficient. Was able to to recoup the full security deposit and was able to leave the condo in better condition than when we moved in.

I called to get the work done which the insurance was covering all work.
The tech came out and took care of cleaning up the water from the mainline backup. The second phase was to fix the baseboard. Long story short, they did the work and within a week a blister showed up on the wall!
Their construction company refused to make it right and fix the NEW damaged wall. It blistered from the moisture!
Even after the supervisor admitted it was caused by the moisture they were suppose to dry out and test.
They wanted an additional $500.

This company was dispatched for a water leak issue on a new home build. The dishwasher had been installed incorrectly during the build, with the drain hose having a small cut in it. This resulted in a slow leak at the back of the unit.
With this slow leak, it did not immediately flood or show any visible water. Instead, it slowly soaked into the wood laminate flooring and a small section of drywall under the kitchen island area. Eventually, the water did show once the flooring under the dishwasher was soaked.

I had a wonderful experience with Absolute and would absolutely recommend them to anyone else who has to go through I went through. Supervisor Edgar was such a delight and literally when he said I can call/text any time, when I did, he was very prompt and had his guys over within minutes. These guys were on time everyday and would call me to let me know they were 10 or 20 minutes out. I had to run errands during the day and I trusted them fully to stay behind to finish the work. Gorgeous master bath remodel! We were not looking to remodel our bath at this time, but a major leak from our upstairs master shower down to our kitchen made this decision necessary. AFR was very quick to respond to our initial call. They handled the dry out and mold cleanup professionally and as quickly as possible. We then had to figure out next steps and decided to update and modernize our bathroom. Jay and Jason listened to our ideas, gave suggestions, and were mindful of our budget. Our bathroom is beyond our expectations. We are now looking to have our other upstairs bathroom updated.

I had an senior neighbor call me in a panic that his kitchen was flooding and needed help. I had seen the absolute flood trucks in my neighborhood before so I called them for my friend. Within 30 mins they arrived, stopped the flood and began clean up. They cleaned up the mess, dried out the kitchen and within a week the kitchen was brand new again and they took care of the insurance claim painlessly. I'm putting these guys on speed dial!

Excellent flood restoration and water damage company in las vegas. We had a total emergency with our water pipes and made a total disaster upstairs and downstairs.
