Crown VW in Lawrence has set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry online, Nile called me and was responsive, extremely knowledgeable (not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process), and friendly. Not pushy or impatient. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. No "nitrogen" in the tires, no unwanted add-ons like adhesive applications to keep scratches off the doors. Great trade-in deal! No B.S. here! Greatest car dealership I have ever been to, very friendly staff, stayed over an hour past close to help me get a deal done and I left that lot with the nicest car I’ve ever had for the best deal I could possibly have got it for! Will do all of my future purchases through this dealership. My wife and I had a great experience buying a vehicle recently with Van at Crown Volkswagen of Lawrence, KS. I went in over the weekend to look at a used car they had for sale. Colton and Richard were both extremely helpful and made the car buying process very stress free and easy. They were able to answer every question I had with knowledge. Colton even took the time before I left the dealership in my new car to show me how to pair my phone and work some of the accessories inside the vehicle which was extremely helpful. This was my first time buying from a dealership and I have to say I was very impressed with Crown Automotive. They were even able to get my newly purchased vehicle into the detail shop

I had a truly wonderful experience with Crown Automotive in Lawrence, KS. I previously worked with a dealership, which I was very frustrated with. I contacted Van, and within hours, we had completed my purchase. They did their best to accommodate my unique circumstances and take care of my needs the best they could. If you love your VW, do not get it serviced here. I have only had my tiguan for 3 months, and when I took it in to get new tires, i got it back with huge scuffs and scratches all over the rims that had the new tires put on (2). When I emailed the parts manager (Ed) back about an hour after i picked it up, I was basically called a liar, even after providing photos showing my rims with far less damage before my car was serviced here. Don't let them touch your VW, go to a dealer in KC...

This is a proper Volkswagen dealership. I’ve purchased two vehicles from them, one new and one used. Both experiences were superb. I worked with Pete James on my most recent deal, and he’s fantastic; he’s responsive without being pushy and made sure my used car purchase drove and looked like new. The pricing is fair and the service is top notch. They really go above and beyond making sure your car is slick and ready to make you happy.

My significant other & I leased two new vehicles over the weekend. We worked with Nick Barber & his team. The entire time we were there, Nick was accommodating, informative, and understanding. He was not pushy and had great customer service. It felt as if we were shopping with a friend, rather than buying something for him.
Both managers spoke with us about our purchases and pricing and were very understanding, and again, not pushy at all. They really make a point to treat their customers with respect and dignity and hand a great deal of patience with me. (I am VERY indecisive.)
